Track 1 - Legend in the Code:
Inspired specifically by my 40+ years as a "computer programmer" supporting businesses across a number of industries and developing on numerous computer platforms from mainframes to PC's. Hoping this resonates with other techies out there!

Track 2 - Code in the Wind:
Inspired by the life story of my good friend and colleague "Bob" who is also a techie.

Track 3 - Stack Trace to Stardom:
It has been my pleasure and honor to serve customers across numerous industries. I've always strived for excellence in the computing work that I've produced. That is the inspiration for this song.

Track 4 - Phoenix From Bare Metal:
Inspired by recent disaster recovery efforts requiring one of my colleagues to rebuild and restore systems to another site. When there's a major failure, we rely on our experts to bring everything back up from the ashes just like a Phoenix.

Track 5 - From Cards to the Cloud:
Again, my career was the inspiration for this, but specifically the transition from the mainframe to distributed computing systems and cloud-based systems. Certainly have seen a lot of changes in 42 years!

Track 6 - Code Across The Ages:
Career inspirede for the specific business industries which I supported as a computer programmer and the transition of computing platforms and languages.

Track 1 - Island Dreams:
Inspired by my NCL cruise across the beautiful South Pacific islands and meeting its wonderful people.

Track 2 - The Pacific Voyage:
Being on an NCL cruise for 15 days made me want to come up with a jolly nautical themed song.

Track 3 - Island Time Is Now:
Echoing that feeling of abandoning "civilization" and throwing all care aside to enjoy a more relaxed time on the islands.

Track 4 - Kava Bliss:
Have you tried Kava? Attended a Kava ceremony that was accompanied by a firewalking ceremony.

Track 5 - Island Groove:
After the firewalking ceremony, the islanders invited all the spectators to join in and dance. Fun times! This song was inspired by that energy!

Track 6 - Through the Flames:
Instrumental piece inspired by the solemnity of the fire walkding ceremony.

Track 7 - Savusavu Serenade:
Inspired by our rainy day arrival into Savusavu.

Track 8 - Back to Day 7:
Inspired by our crossing over the International Date Line. When we initially arrived in Fiji we were in the "future" and we crossed over the International Date Line on day 7 of our cruise.

Track 9 - Shake the Palms:
Just something fun to enjoy! High energy.

Track 10 - Whispers of the Tide:
Inspired by the sounds of the ocean and that melancholy feeling that our South Pacific adventure would soon be coming to an end.

Track 11 - Teppanyaki Showtime:
The Teppanyaki Chef was amazing and had such great energy! Definitely a great show and the inspiration for this song!

Track 12 - Under the Helment in Bora Bora:
An undersea adventure in Bora Bora was the inspiration for this fun song. We wore diving helmets with air pumped from the surface and we were 10 feet down. Fun time seeing the sting ray and other colorful sea life.

Track 13 - Last Look Under the Blue:
As our undersea adventure was coming to an end, had that bittersweet feeling. Hard to leave such as beautiful environment!

Track 14 - Bingo Ladies On The Seas:
The NCL cruise had several game events and one of the big ones was the Bingo games. This song is intended to capture that energy of those moments.

Track 15 - Dawn Arrival at Raiatea:
An instrumental piece which captures that serene, peaceful morning as the ship was passing the island and arriving into the port of Raiatea.

Track 16 - Two More Days on the Blue:
The NCL cruise was awesome! They brought some of the crew to the theatre to say thank you and share a warmhearted goodbye since our vacation cruise was coming to and end soon. But they treated us like family and wanted to share that vibe with us.

Track 17 - Layover in Paradise:
Our dream vacation was coming to an end. But since our flight was late in the evening, all of the tourists were going to have to stay in a conference room at a resort hotel in Tahiti. It was a beautiful place, but we were limited in our access.

Track 18 - First Class Back Home:
The final leg of our journey, heading to the airport, with that melancholy feeling but happy to have shared a wonderful time with our Aunt and Uncle. Wonderful memories were made and will live in our hearts forever.

Track 1 - Bit Wizard:
Based on Assembler Programmers special skills. If you've never worked in Assembly programming, the programming language is as close to the machine language as you can get without coding in zeros and ones yourself. This is where the magic really happens if you need to "speak" directly to the processor if the higher level language doesn't have the functionality to do it. So, mastering assembly takes a bit of "wizardry".

Track 2 - COBOL Player:
Probably one of the most forgotten yet integral programmers around -- the COBOL programmer. COBOL has been running the primary functions of business for a very long time. According to Perfection Geeks "more than 70% of global business transactions are still processed using COBOL, according to various estimates. From ATM withdrawals to loan processing and payroll management, COBOL quietly handles trillions of dollars in financial operations daily". This song pays homage to those COBOL programmers past and present.

Track 3 - DBA All Day:
Always thankful for those DataBase Adminstrators who really know their stuff and can provide a different perspective on the architectural designs of the logical and physical layers, and ensure that business databases are secured and tuned.

Track 4 - Ninja Programmer:
Paying homage to those special software developers who are so knowledgeable about all aspects of various technology platforms and software languages that they can solve just about any problem or deliver incredible solutions for any customer request.

Track 5 - Network Admin on the Line:
Network administrators provide the glue that enables our systems and users to communicate with each other. Without them it would be like having a train without the track.

Track 6 - Tech Suppot 911 (Unsung Heroes):
True unsung hereoes who are always inundated by tickets, emails, phone calls, and walk ups from end users who are in a crisis. These front line folks never know what the next problem is going to be or what will be involved. They have to be knowledgeable about so many varied types of hardware, software, and applications. And if they don't, they need find a way to understand it and coordinate efforts to bring problems to a successful resolution. They represent the heartbeat of a company's control center for triage and problem remediation.

Track 7 - UNIX Master:
Last, but certainly not least, the UNIX Master. I would include the more generic Server Admin in this group. Providing the foundational base for all systems and applications. Certainly a key role in an organization where hardware infrastructure is concerned.

Track 1 - Neon Dragons & Rusted Stars:
This track is a bout mythic discovery, wonder and exploration.

Track 2 - Signal from the Iron Oracle:
Corrupted guidance from the Iron Oracle. Is this manipulation or prophecy?

Track 3 - Ghosts in the Source Code:
In this track, the traveler realizes the truth about the Oracle -- it wasn't guiding them, it was reconstructing them. The lines between myth and machine collapses.

Track 1 - Mercury In Retrograde
Fun rap with a modern beat in which the joke is that every problem gets blamed on Mercury.

Track 2 - Zodiac Flex
Upbeat party rap in which each verse highlights different signs with playful stereotypes.

Track 3 - Pluto's Revenge
Nerd-core comedy rap in which poor Pluto is still bitter about being demoted.

Track 4 - Star-Crossed Signals
Rap duet between an Astrologer and an Astronomer. Perhaps a bit of a love song as well.

Track 5 - The Cosmic Cowboy
Sci-fi country rap about a spacefaring programmer who rides digital star trails through the galaxy making celestial repairs .

Track 6 - The Compiler of Chaos
In this track, the antagonist of the Cosmic Cowboy is introduced. Where there's order, there is chaos. Instead of fixing reality like the Cosmic Cowboy, the Compiler of Chaos rewrites intent into something unintended but still technically valid.

Track 7 - Cosmic Cowboy vs Compiler of Chaos
This track is the "battle rap" but it is done in a fun, punchy, and playful way. Perhaps Order and Chaos can get along.

Track 8 - The Universe Just Logs Itself
With everything happening throughout the cosmos, maybe it isn't good or bad, maybe it just "is". In this track, the "Universe" is the "relaxed observer" who simply reports ("logs") events in a non-judgemental way as they happen while all the other characters within the universe are having their identity crisis.
